Looking for motorcycle blogs

I don’t know about you, but if you were like me, you would feel that bikers are one big family. I might not know that person, but if he rides and writes about it, I can relate my experiences, feelings and memories to it. It’s like being friends without knowing it.

Anyway, being a blogger myself, I had a look to find other fellow riders that also blog, and you will see it’s quite hard to find the ones that are constantly updated. And if it got pictures from the trips and stories to tell then it’s good for the soul! The good news is that I found an incredible resource of biker blogs: Motorcycle Blogger International, “an informal association of people who ride motorcycles or scooters and write about it. Members come from all walks of life and cultures. But they have two things in common: they enjoy riding and writing about it.” It’s an incredible list of blogs - I didn’t get to the end of it, but I already have some favorites:

  • 40 Years on 2 Wheels by Doug Klassen. I especially like this one for the pictures and focus on older bikes, like the Indian. Doug says: “I’ve been riding a long time now and have accumulated a lot of stories, most of them true.”
  • Pitted Chrome by Markus. Lots of pictures, keeping an eye on the latest BMW bikes news.

I have applied to become a Motorcycle Blogger International member as well. Lets see if I will get in.
