		<description>Been there; done that.  I&#039;m still limping and it&#039;s been 9 months.

I coudn&#039;t get right back on because I had no choice.  I was in a cast for a while, the bike was wrecked, and then winter came.  But, as soon as I got the bike back and the weather broke, I was back on her immediately.  Surprisingly, I didn&#039;t have any anxiety about it.

Crashing sucks.  Here&#039;s to hoping we&#039;ve had ours and there&#039;ll be no more!</description>

		<description>The best thing to do after &quot;an off&quot; is to get straight back onto a motorcycle or the doubt begins to set in. After Ian&#039;s last accident he was back on a bike the next day only to discover later on he had broken 3 bones in his wrist and had to be put in plaster for several months! Guzzisue shattered her elbow at the same time but also was riding pillion again as soon as she was able.

We never think about &quot;what if....&quot;

I&#039;m sure many bikers have photos of things they hit, bikes they bent and injuries the&#039;ve sustained.
