I droved through “Transfagarasan” in the middle of last June, 2010 with my wife, my son and daughter in law from Route E68 to Pietesti.
I am 70 years old Japanese, but I would like to visit there once more…..!
I have never seen such a beautiful sight with less artificails.

Boy would I love to ride that! It is breathtaking.

I can only imagine the suffering of the workers who were forced to build that by the communists. It is a memorial in and of itself.
