Guys, I’m going crazy. It’s 10 degrees Celsius below freezing, and furthermore we have that “white shit” all over. Seems like a good time for a trip to Australia – summer started there.
PS: not sure about you, but I make repeated obsession trips to the garage, where, guess what… from a Hayabusa, Honda CBF 600, Yamaha TNR and Bandit 400, my old faitfull CB750 Nighthawk is the only one starting! Not bad for a ‘93!
I’m even considering going to the next level and buy an old car to restore it until summer comes. Thoughts?

If getting an old car will fulfill the need in you then go for it.. Is there not anything you car do to your bikes over the winter, or are they all ok? Well, apart form the not starting issues.
I’ve been lucky so far this winter here in the UK.. There have only been 2 days where I have looked outside and said “I’m not riding today”.. Other than that I’ve been out practically everyday on my bike..
Its been quite frosty sometimes but I just ride a little more slowly and take more care.. Riding in the cold doesn’t bother me one bit.. Thankfully
I love Australia….. Its a beautiful place wid 10 degrees Celsius below freezing….
Its a gr8 time 4 a trip to Australia…..
Chrissy,
I think winter is a little bit nastier here. We usually have heavy snow (over 1 m) and temperatures going to -20 below freezing.
This winter indeed was not so cold, but we still got icy roads
Well guys, I’m heading out to Coogee beach because today in Sydney is an extremely pleasant 27C. Enjoy your snow!

Just perfect for a motorcycle ride. I clearly don’t live on the right side of the World during this time of the year
