Sidecase rack mounting on a Honda CBF600s 2007

I’m going to show you how to mount an aftermarket Sidecases for Honda CBF600s 2007.

Note: the pictures below showcase the mounting together with the topcase. If you only get the sidecase rack you should install these parts:

First step is to remove completely the original mounting pieces:

You should remove the rubber spacers,

And replace them with the metal spacers that come with the mounting kit

Attach the “ears”

These are the “ears”

Now, you will notice that the sidecase rack has some strange shape where the bolts should be.

That’s because you have these bolts – very easy to mount. You just have to twist them half turn and they are ready to go. Nice!

Here is how the sidecase rack should be mounted.

And now, on the back you should connect the left side with the right side for added strength.
